Irin is a mortal female who has resided among the raedjour (dark elves) since she was a child. At the time she was
adopted, the raedjour sorcerers laid a spell upon Irin protecting her from the sexual desires of others. Having
reached the age of twenty, Irin still hasn't reached sexual maturity. When the sorcerers realize Irin's sexual maturation
has been stunted they remove the spell and Irin is left with an all consuming desire for sex while she impatiently waits
the day of her virgin contest.
Despite being the son of the rhaeja (king), Savous chooses to apprentice himself to the sorcerer, Radin, creating a
rift between his father and him. Since then Radin and Savous have formed a solid friendship; sharing women, among
other intimate things. Both men have had a hand in caring for Irin, watching as she has grown to womanhood, while
each waits with longing for Irin's virgin contest. When the spell is loosed Savous and Radin are unprepared for the
strength of their desires and the strangeness of their feelings. Unfortunately for them neither will have time to
acclimate to the situation before an insidious influence attempts to take Irin from them.
Ms. Mykles has penned another entertaining erotic paranormal romance. Salvation is a delight to the senses with
its artistic depictions, suspenseful yet sensual plotline, strong character development, and hot erotic sex. Irin is a
beautiful, feisty, kick ass heroine. Savous and Radin are sensual, protective, and caring heroes. The discourse
between the main characters and/or secondary characters is smooth, often times hilarious, sometimes chilling, many
times sexually stimulating, and always entertaining. As with each story, I felt the need for a toy or two while reading
Dark Elves III: Salvation. I sincerely enjoyed this story and was saddened at the conclusion of it. Although
Ms. Mykles appears to have concluded the series with Salvation, I find myself hoping otherwise as I believe the
loss of the Raedjour World will be a true loss indeed.
