Nights of Desire is a beautifully written story with a complex hero and heroine dealing with their respective internal
issues, and the need to learn that in order to love a person was to also trust in that person. Layton and Tempest were
very headstrong characters who refused to give in before their counterpart, which resulted in a lot of heartache and
despair for the both of them. I found myself wanting to bash their heads together to make each see the light. I was
greatly annoyed with their actions throughout the story, however, by the end all was well and forgiven. One thing that I
can say that this couple didn’t have a problem with was their sexual chemistry. From the start the heat between them was
intensely explosive and it was something that neither could win the fight against. As you can imagine their sexual
encounters left me all hot and bothered. Overall, I found Nights of Desire to be an enjoyable, fantastic read.
