Lieutenant Lacey Meadows wants Jason Orlov, but she’s never going to love just one man again. Lieutenant Jason
Orlov first fell for Lacey when he saw a drawing of her face, but his past scarred more than just his face. He can’t be with
a woman and if he ever can, he certainly won’t ever share her. Their Commanding Officer, Junkie, forces the two of them
together in order to satisfy his own hunger for Lacey. He may be the third in this ménage à trois, but he’s only in it for as
long as the sex lasts.
Madison Hayes created three rich characters with emotional scars that make you embrace each of the leads as soon as
you meet them. The sex is wild and passionate, but from the beginning the reader feels the emotional connections.
Junkie’s plans might seem self-serving, but you root for him because of his humor and his good looks. Lacey is a survivor
who wants more from life than just surviving and Jason keeps on living even when he isn’t sure of the point. There is no
other possibility for Lacey than getting both Jason and Junkie, but more importantly, Ms. Hayes created two male
leads that needed each other as much as they wanted the heroine. In a ménage à trois, often the connection between the
two male characters is based on familial ties, but in this book, you see two men caring for each other in ways reminiscent of
the best of buddy movies.
Made For Two Heroes is the third book in the series, and reads as a stand alone. Made for Two Heroes is
Lacey, Jason and Junkie’s story. In the Made for Two series, Ms. Hayes has retained the inherent conflict of
“earthling” sexual taboos and set it against a world without such taboos. She has built a world that explores sexual
relationships and boundaries with panache and sizzling heat. After all, half the fun of good hot sex is feeling naughty
while you’re doing it. Madeline Hayes does not disappoint and this is hot ménage sex with some extra Dominance
thrown in for spice.
Ms Hayes’ Made for Two series has become a new must read ~ good science fiction, hot sex and all of it in a ménage.
