Siobhan is an Irish love fairy. She takes her job to create love matches for people of Celtic descent around the
world very seriously. She has little time for romance of her own, but fulfilling others desires brings her joy. One
particular family in Boston, the O’Neil’s, are her favorites because she has helped four brothers find true happiness
and love. Patrick is the only brother left without a lover.
Siobhan has tried almost everything to find his love match, but nothing is working. She has returned home to
consult the Great Book, which has the listing of all love matches, however the space beside Patrick’s name is blank.
After consulting with the Goddess, Siobhan has only one option left to take human form and learn firsthand
about Patrick in order to find his soul mate. What Siobhan never expects is the powerful attraction she feels for
Patrick. How will she be able to find his love match when she is in love with him herself?
Kiss of the Fairy by Alecia Monaco is a delightful St. Patrick’s Day story. The entertaining mix of fairies,
pixies, and goddesses held my attention until the very last sentence. The characters, whether mystical or real, are
likable and amusing. Siobhan is a woman longing for love, but has settled for bringing love to the lives of others. I
feel the same way when I set people up, but never meet my own Mr. Right. Patrick is a hard-working man who
wonders why the right woman never crosses his path. This sexy Irishman can stumble across my path any day of the
week.
Ms. Monaco weaves these two star crossed lovers a magical tale of romance and passion. Their heated embraces
and steamy lovemaking left my heart pounding. Patrick and Siobhan’s connection fills the pages with beautiful
scenes of love and tenderness. Their yearning for each other becomes an all consuming thing.
I am looking forward to Ms. Monaco’s next work while I reread Patrick and Siobhan’s tale.
