Nigel Rhodes is the second son of the Alpha and unlucky guard of Claire Andrews. He has to keep Claire safe from

Unfortunately, Nigel isn’t allowed to join this run, the Alpha’s second, Nigel’s older brother, gets to participate. Nigel
knows that Claire is not built for pack life, he has to convince her to withdraw from the race, but in his attempt to change
her mind Nigel gets one taste of Claire and knows that she is meant to be his. What is Nigel to do? He can’t join the run
and he can’t stake his claim, he surely cannot and will not watch his woman be claimed by another, his only choice is to leave.
Two years later, tragedy has struck the pack, Nigel must return to the pack and woman he ran from. Can Nigel take on
the task of protecting Claire once again? Or will he say to hell with pack law and finally get his woman?
Hungry Like The Wolf is a spectacular read. I loved Claire, she is what every heroine should be; strong willed,
independent, and courageous. She didn’t want to do the Mating Run from the beginning, with very little convincing from
Nigel she decided not to and she was hell bound to get her man. Once she found out about Nigel’s decision and
departure Claire was devastated, however, she went ahead with the original commitment and did The Mating Run. Who
would have thought she would end up with the man she did? After her mates’ demise, Claire’s courage to pull her life
together was awe inspiring.
Nigel surprised me by finally coming to his senses. What confused me was he used Pack Law as a reason to run away and
then used Pack Law as a reason to return. Why? Anyway, I ramble on. When Claire and Nigel finally come together it is
truly like magic. They had the raw chemistry that you only dream about. They sizzled no matter where they were, in the
kitchen or the bedroom. Ms. Summers produces a surprise out of left field regarding Taylor. Who? You will have to
read the book to find out. The strength of Claire and Nigel’s love proves that if you love someone you can move
mountains…or at least change Pack Law.
BTW, I didn’t miss the title of the book with the band that played on the stereo when Claire came home. I love D2
also!! The only problem I found in the book was the early typos. It did distract from the reading a tad bit, but luckily they
don’t go throughout the book. Hungry Like The Wolf is a wonderful read and its full of love, passion and steamy
sex, what every good erotica book is made of. If you want hot steamy sex combined with a wonderful plot, take the time
to read Hungry Like The Wolf. It’s a great way to spend your lunch hour. You won’t regret it.
