Kaylee Griffin has come to the big city to bring her sister’s killer to justice.  Unfortunately the police will not help her.
Kaylee has a plan of her own, get his confession on tape. However, her  attempt fails and it nearly costs her her life;
instead of justice what she found was the most amazing man she has ever seen, and he literally fell on to her…car?

Gabriel, exiled warrior from the land of Pearthen, trying to regain favor with his king, fights his enemy in this realm. During
the battle Gabriel is hurt badly and he loses his sword. Without it he cannot vanquish his enemy and the woman whose

car he fell on has it. As comely as she may be, Gabriel must remember rule #1 of his exile, he is to live among the humans
but not interact with them.

Kaylee and Gabriel are two characters that I enjoyed very much. Kaylee was strong and determined in her quest to bring
her sisters killer to justice. She would do anything to make him pay, even at the cost of her own life. When she meets
Gabriel she is surprised to find him, especially since he appeared in her locked room.  Gabriel is white hot!! With the wings
of an angel and the heart of a warrior, what woman wouldn’t swoon in his presence?  When these two get together it is
spontaneous combustion.

However, with Gabriel’s good intention he puts Kaylee in more danger; like any warrior, he has to save his woman in
distress, even if he put her there. The one thing I didn’t like about Gabriel was his ignorance of the way things work. How
could he not understand his actions would have repercussions against Kaylee? He, however, does redeem himself by
coming to her rescue and proclaiming her as his woman.  What is important is that it all works out in the end.
Fallen
Angel
is a quick enjoyable read and I await Ms. Morin’s next book.
