Kyrin and Daeshen knew the night they met Theadora Connor that she was the woman who would complete them. So
they kidnapped her and, along with other human women, brought her on board their ship to become part of their world.
While Kyrin and Daeshen regret the necessity of taking these women, both knew that their race was in a desperate
situation and hoped that Theadora was strong enough to adjust to her new life and her new husbands.
Theadora lived a quiet solitary life of a small time waitress. Her faith and strength are put to tests she never dreamed of
when a few days after meeting two walking male fantasies in a bar, she awakens in a strange world to discover the same
two men have kidnapped her from her life, genetically altered her to bear their children and married her to both of them all
without a by your leave. Still, Kyrin and Daeshen are the stuff Theadora’s fantasies are made of and she knows that
there is no going back, so she works at trying to accept her new life, her new husbands and their new world and culture.
This world of the Ta’e’sha may be a paradise, and every paradise has a serpent. This serpent seems to be stalking all of
the human women and expresses his disdain toward them with rage and violence.
WOW! Really, ice water, stock up on batteries hot, hot, hot. Daughters of Terra starts off with a delicious scene
between Kyrin and Daeshen and it just gets better once Theadora joins them. There is some wonderful mild bondage
with just enough pain to spice things up. It is hard for me to resist a good spanking scene or two and Theolyn Boese
adds just enough to make this threesome quite scrumptious.
As great as the sex scenes are, the story line is even better. The Ta’e’sha have been a fairly insulated culture despite
their space travel and now in order to survive and mate, they are forced to look outside of their own race to other races
for their future survival. Theolyn mixes science fiction, and shape shifting with themes of cultural and religious diversity,
and does it all while maintaining the romance genre requirement of a satisfying ending.
Daughters of Terra covers sexual excitement, relationships on many levels and introduces several secondary
characters that are some of the better developed ones I have read in the electronic format. I laughed, I got hot and I cried
a few tears. This is one of the best reads I have had in a long time and like at the end of a perfect meal in a brand new
restaurant, I am satiated, but cannot wait to come back for more.
