As a Vampire Hunter, Minx Rodriguez was very good at her job. Her goal in life was to eliminate the world of all

tormented her and killed her beloved family. As luck would not have it for Minx, once again Predue escaped her clutches.
As a vampire and an Oathkeeper Officer, Connor Bell wasn’t afraid of many things; yet, when it came to admitting his
feelings for Minx Rodriguez, Connor ran away like a coward, claiming he had to take care of some Oathkeeper counsel
business. After two weeks of loneliness, Connor returned home vowing to seek Minx’s forgiveness; but, to his surprise
she had skipped town just as he done weeks before. This time Connor was determined to make things right between
them, so he followed Minx to Mexico.
Will Connor be able to prove to Minx that his love for her was real? And, more importantly, will they be able to put a
stop to her nemesis once and for all?
Celebration for the Dead is book five in the Witches Knot series and what a wonderful edition it is to the series.
As always, author Lauren Dane has an act for making her characters come alive and her stories are always enriched with
such detail that I envision myself right there in the mist of the action. The plot showcased a multitude of emotional
tension, super-hot sexual encounters and a kick-butt action showdown between good verses evil. I thought Connor and
Minx to be an amazing couple. Both were determinedly strong-willed and pushed the other to the limits; yet, it was easy
to see the attraction and passion that glowed between them. Celebration for the Dead was such a great read that I
hated to see the story come to an end. Readers, you simply can’t go wrong with Lauren Dane’s Witches Knot series!
